1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using SignalDeskNews.com ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). These Terms are a binding agreement between you and International Gateway Network, Inc. ("IGN," "we," "us," or "our"), a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Texas and operator of the Service. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older. We reserve the right to terminate any account we have reason to believe belongs to a minor.

3. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account, including a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Description of Service

SignalDeskNews.com is a personal news aggregation and briefing tool. It collects content from RSS feeds and publicly accessible web sources you configure, may use artificial intelligence to summarize that content, and delivers personalized briefings for your personal, non-commercial use.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for personal, non-commercial news consumption. You agree not to:

• Use the Service to aggregate, republish, or redistribute content in violation of third-party copyrights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

6. Artificial Intelligence and Your Provider Keys

The Service uses third-party AI providers (currently OpenAI and Anthropic) to generate summaries and audio. Only the content of the public sources you configure — not your personal information — is sent to AI providers.

You may supply your own OpenAI or Anthropic API key. If you do, you are responsible for your own AI provider account and for any usage charges that provider bills you directly. Your key is used only to operate the Service for you and is stored in encrypted form, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Third-Party Content, Sources, and Paywalls

The Service aggregates content from publicly accessible feeds and pages. Sources that are paywalled, require a login, or otherwise block automated access are automatically detected and excluded from briefings.

The Service does not access, authenticate to, or use any third-party subscription you may hold, and never requests or stores your subscription credentials. Content aggregated from third-party sources remains the property of its respective owners; we do not claim ownership over content you configure the Service to collect.

8. Subscription and Payment

Access to certain features requires a paid plan. Pricing, billing cycles, and plan details are presented at the time of purchase. Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor and are subject to that processor's terms; we do not store your full payment card details. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice. Charges billed to you directly by your own AI provider (if you use your own key) are separate from any fees payable to us.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your data may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Intellectual Property

IGN retains all rights to the Service, its design, and its underlying technology. Content aggregated from third-party sources remains the property of its respective owners. We do not claim ownership over content you configure the Service to collect.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of aggregated news content. AI-generated summaries are automated and may contain errors.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IGN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Users outside the US access the Service voluntarily and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
