You agree to use the Service only for personal, non-commercial news consumption. You agree not to:

• Use the Service to aggregate, republish, or redistribute content in violation of third-party copyrights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

6. Artificial Intelligence

The Service uses third-party AI providers (currently OpenAI) to generate summaries of news content. Only the content of public RSS feeds and web sources you configure — not your personal information — is sent to AI providers. You may have the option to choose your preferred AI provider within your account settings.

7. Subscription and Payment

Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. Pricing, billing cycles, and plan details are presented at the time of purchase. All payments are final unless otherwise required by applicable law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers and subject to their terms.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your data may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

SignalDeskNews.com retains all rights to the Service, its design, and its underlying technology. Content aggregated from third-party sources remains the property of its respective owners. We do not claim ownership over content you configure the Service to collect.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of aggregated news content. AI-generated summaries are automated and may contain errors.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SignalDeskNews.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction where SignalDeskNews.com is registered. Users outside the US access the Service voluntarily and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
